Prof. WU is well-known for her contributions to the field of MRI where she works on MRI acquisition techniques, the development of high gradient strength MRI devices, and advanced neural image analysis with big data and deep learning.
In the interview, Prof. WU talks about her journey from her undergraduate studies at Zhejiang University and her PhD at Johns Hopkins University to becoming a leading expert in the field of diffusion MRI with more than 60 peer-reviewed articles and patents. She also talks about the challenges and successes of leading large research projects and teaching while being a mother of two.
